Expressions of interest are sought for the construction of a new Changing room and function Room facility on land in the ownership of Flintshire County Council. The scheme has full planning permission and detail design drawings are available. As part of the development, there is a piece of land adjacent the site which has outline permission for two dwellings. This site will form part of the project. The successful tenderer will be asked to construct the Changing rooms / function room facility, and in return the land for development of the housing will be awarded to the successful tenderer for development.There are no funds available for this project.
