The contract for the provision of the building construction and refitting work is expected to commence subject to planning permission, with the exact dates to be agreed if/when planning permission is granted and depending on the agreement between the successful provider and Freshwater Parish Council. Freshwater Parish Council wish to secure efficiencies and economies of scale by means of a procurement exercise for meeting the requirements detailed within this documentation, achieved through the Most Economically Advantageous Tender submitted.
