L&Q is intends to award a contract to a single supplier for engineering led subsidence claims handling services under its self-insured programme for 5 years starting on 1st July 2024 with with the option of x2 extensions 12 months each . Case handling services will involve dealing with cases from initial notification to completion, including management of the repair process utilising the services of contractors from L&Q's panel of approved contractors (we will agree a list of such contractors with the selected service provider).
