Suffolk County Council is looking to procure a Framework of Service Providers able to deliver retrofit to the domestic sector and non-domestic properties across Suffolk on behalf of current and future members of the Suffolk Climate Change Partnership (SCCP). The Framework will provide access to a network of Service Providers, with access to sector relevant funding or finance for energy efficiency measures, who will manage the installation of energy efficiency measures. Works will be split into 5 Lots. Service Providers can be appointed to one, some or all of the 5 different lots. The Lots are: 1. Insulation measures; 2. Heating and hot water systems; 3. Renewable energy systems; 4. Park Homes; 5. Green Deal Assessments.
