Pembrokeshire College - Summer Works 2011The College is seeking to undertake the following work during the summer college breakA.Alterations to the former Incubation Units in the Technology Information Building (TIC) into a self contained training facilityB.Alterations to 7no classrooms and offices to create new facilities in the main buildingC.Transfer of the Medical roomD.Re-roofing of the flat roof to the main entrance FoyerE.Alterations to 3no classrooms in TICF.Replacement of further fascia boards to the rear of the main buildingG.Construction of external smoking areaH.Road marking works in car park and service roadsI.Replacement of railingsJ.Guttering repairs and minor roof repairs at high level at Main campusK.Replacement of sheathing to Portacabin at Bowlings Riding CentreL.Construction of training pitch for sportsM.Other minor works.The room alteration works above will involve both electrical and mechanical services work. The works will be required to be undertaken between 4th July and 19th August 2011 (7weeks).
