Descriptions
We are currently inviting applications from providers who are able to supply supplementary support to complement other forms of support already available through the ESF/Big Lottery funded Brighter Futures project: Lot 1: Supplementary mental health and well-being provision The combination of individual condition management support plus group activities which boost health and well-being, should help BBO participants with long-term common mental and physical health conditions become more involved in their local community, participate in education and move closer to employment Lot 2: Employment support provision for people with common mental and physical health conditions and/or learning difficulties and/or disabilities This employment support provision comprising individual health and employment action planning, advice workshops, vocational profiling and job matching will support people with learning difficulties and/or disabilities and common mental and physical health conditions who, with specialised support, can find and sustain employment. Lot 3: Vocational Skills Routeway provision Vocational routeway provision can provide a bridge between unemployment and work, for individuals that have a work-related skills and/or experience gap. Through a 'sector-based work academy' format including work familiarisation, pre-employment training and a guaranteed job interview, vocational routeways will secure multiple positive outcomes for Brighter Future participants. If you are interested in supplying this provision, please complete the attached specification and questionnaire document which is also available on the Business2Business website and return to Rob Gray at rob@business2businesslimited.com by the submission deadline at 5pm on Friday November 16th. Responses for each lot will be scored against fixed selection and award criteria.
