Mae Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn yn cynnal digwyddiad ymgysylltu meddal â’r farchnad ar gyfer darparwyr Gwasanaethau Byw â Chymorth ar gyfer unigolion sydd ag anableddau dysgu a / neu awtistiaeth. The council are working with Peopletoo who are currently in the process of reviewing their existing offer and would like to hear from providers to gain a better understanding of:What’s working wellHow do we measure success of outcomes achievedWhat are the challengesWhat are the opportunitiesThis is not a call for competition but an opportunity to inform future commissioning approaches. The session will take place on Friday 21st January 2022, 1pm – 2pm via Teams.
