Supply and delivery of fresh butcher meat and meat products to schools and other premises and locations throughout mainland Orkney including the southern linked isles of Burray and South Ronaldsay. All beef and lamb supplied through the agreement shall originate from Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) scheme inspections or higher which contains annual, independent farm and processor scheme accredited to European EN45011 standards. All pork, bacon and gammon supplied should originate from a national or regional quality scheme recognised by the EU containing annual, independent farm and processor scheme inspections accredited to European EN45011 standards.
