ABMU Local Health Board is seeking to award a Framework Agreement for the supply & delivery of Intrathecal Drug Delivery Systems consisting of variable rate Baclofen pumps which should be externally programmable with separate ports for refill and flushing and all associated consumables, needles & catheters etc. This system is used within Muskulo-skeletal Services primarily for spasticity relief, but also for some patients with chronic painThere is also a requirement for training support and an after sales service.This contract will be extended to Procurement Partnership Trusts in Wales, should they wish to participate. Indicative volumes will be published in the ITT document. The contract will operate for a primary term of 36 months, with an option to extend for a further year at the LHB's discretion. The LHB reserves the right to award in part, all, or not at all. The LHB will not be responsible for any costs incurred by any tenderer in participating in this Procurement
