To supply and deliver MSC accredited whiting and haddock fillets, this must be fresh produce with no skin or bones. These should be boxed in 80's, approximately 85 g/3 oz per fillet.This will include delivery to 30 North Ayrshire Education catering production units, once per week during the 38 week school term.
