Stroud District Council is looking to tender its stationery contract, in brief we are looking for a supplier that is able to provide an online ordering service for multiple users, desktop delivery on a set delivery day to multiple sites, consolidated 4 weekly invoices. A full specification for our requirements is attached. All bidders must submit their bids via the procurement portal, please ensure that you have sufficient time to submit your bid and any other documents you want to upload, any bids and/or related documents received after the deadline stated will be automatically rejected, unless there are exceptional circumstances as defined by the Council. Bids submitted via any other means will be rejected; this includes, but is not limited to, email, fax, post, courier, hand delivery. All queries must be submitted via the procurement portal, these will be answered within 3 working days. Queries submitted via any other means will not be answered.
