The purpose of this exercise was to put a framework agreement in place with a number of suppliers for the supply and distribution of drinking water Dispensers and related services. The framework is split into 2 lots as follows: Lot 1 — Bottled Water Dispensers;Lot 2 — Plumbed In Water Dispensers.It is a requirement of the Tender that the selected Supplier(s) will extend the terms to all eligible Institutions, Consortia and Bodies, as defined by the CPC including Further Education institutions, 6th Forms, Academies, Schools, Museums and other similar organisations who are members of the CPC.The Framework is also available to members of NWUPC (North West Universities Purchasing Consortium http://www.nwupc.ac.uk), the framework may also be available for other Higher Education Institutions directly through CPC as a single contract member. The CPC reserves the right during the period of this agreement to make subtractions from the list of Participating Institutions.The Framework Agreement has been established for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 12 months.
