Goods and services including:Planned including a full tyre management service including:— Regular fleet tyre depth checks at the authority’s premises.— Regular general tyre condition inspection and monitoring at the authority’s premises.— Contact desk resourced 24/7/365 days to respond to ad hoc / “on request” instructions.Ad hoc / “on request” including:— Respond to ad hoc / “on request” instructions from the authority’s authorised Representative to supply /fit tyres and provide associated services to various vehicles and plant. “Associated” includes but is not limited to balancing, tracking, re–cuts, puncture repair, re-torques.— Resolve tyre related issues in accordance with timescales detailed in the Specification.
