SWR wish to replace the obsolete existing PIS with a new real-time PIS. A real-time PIS informs passengers of the state of their journey and provides real-time updates.It is expected that the bidder will provide a concept system architecture as part of their bid which will show the PIS hardware including quantities, location and a system breakdown.
