Supply and Installation of Bean To Cup Coffee Machines.

Amadeus are inviting bids from suitable suppliers for the supply, installation, maintenance and servicing of Bean To Cup coffee machines. The completion date for phase 1 of the installation is 15.3.2014.The anticipated spend is approximately 300 000 GBP per annum, for 2 years. The installation of all new machines will be split over the 2 years. The schedule for installation will be compiled by Amadeus and will be detailed in the Tender documents. The successful supplier will also be responsible for the removal and disposal of our current equipment, and all associated costs.In addition to the purchase and roll-out, a strict maintenance and service agreement will be in place to ensure efficiency of the machine, quality of product and assurance that the machines will be fully functioning continuously, in line with our peak periods of business.Amadeus will apply as its award criterion the most economically advantageous tender (MEAT).
