In order to maintain supply contracts with these leading retailers, Puffin Produce has been at the forefront of continuous development that includes expansion of its facilities and range to motivate increased sales and product marketability.Puffin Produce plan investment in further increasing scale, efficiency and infrastructure of their current potato operation.This invitation to tender is in request of quotes for the supply and installation of a concrete floor to the rib deck flooring in the mezzanine dispatch area at the Puffin Produce site in Withybush, Haverfordwest.Specification: Supply and install concrete to rib deck floor as per engineers drawings included and listed in this ITT:1927001Ground floor slab plan showing new foundations02Ground beam reinforcement plan03Existing slab plan showing new steel structure over04Ground floor plan showing structure over05First floor plan06Steelwork elevations on gridlines C and K07Steelwork elevations on gridlines 1 and 508Steelwork elevations on gridlines B and 6BBS/01Reinforcement scheduleApprox area is 12 metres x 29 metres for each floor.Lower ground floor to be 175mm thick.Upper floor to be 190mm thick.Contractor to include requirement for all plant, equipment, temporary power, small tools, access, lifting, materials within their quotation.Client will provide welfare facilities.Tender submission must be in a lump sum format.It is compulsory that the contractor visits site before submitting their tender due to the constraints of the existing building/site operations.Tender submissions WILL NOT be accepted from contractors who have not visited site.Work will be carried out in a live factory dispatch environment and the client’s operations will take precedence over the construction work. Contractors must make themselves familiar with the client’s operations prior to tender submission.
