Replacement of existing singled glazed windows and doors to Grade 11 Listed Building, Blackburn Business Development Centre, Eanam Wharf, Blackburn BB1 5BL The works comprise of the following; •Stripping out existing window sets and replacing them with new double glazed units within timber frames as highlighted within the tender drawings. •Stripping out existing window within timber infill panels and replacing them with new double glazed units within timber frames as highlighted within the tender drawings. •Stripping out existing doors and replacing them with new aluminium doorsets as highlighted within the tender drawings. •Installation of mineral wool insulation within the main roof voids.
