As part of Caerphilly County Borough Council’s on-going programme for improving service delivery, the authority required suitable companies to supply to be on a framework to install fencing, handrails, guardrails, gates and other associated items to establishments within the Authority.It is intended that this will be a corporate framework agreement for use by all departments when required within the Council.The framework agreement was divided into lots for fencing; handrails, gates and guardrails and Bespoke work such as repairs and emergency response, which provided all stakeholders with a contract that is fit for purpose for all departments within the Authority.The framework was split into the following 6 lots and tenderers were allowed to bid for one, more or all of the lots available.The lots are as follows:Lot 1.
