Cleveland Fire Authority intends to award a contract using the negotiated tender procedure without prior publication to Minerva Simulator Facilities Ltd, Unit 2, Dorn Hill, Batsford, Morton-in-March, Gloucestershire GL56 9QC to undertake the requirements — supply and installation of petrochemical rig, fire behaviour training units, smoke cleansing, car fire scenario and associated works.
