The Council now requires to Tender for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Play Area Equipment at Belleisle Park, Doonfoot Road, Ayr, KA7 4DU.Attached to this Invitation to Tender is a Location Plan showing the site where the new play area is to be sited, and a scaled Layout Plan.The scaled layout plan proposes items of inclusive play equipment suitable for the size of the area and this plan has been agreed with HLF in order to sure the funding. Tenderers are able to propose alternative items of equipment, however, any proposed alternative items of equipment must be deemed by the evaluation panel to be a true equivalent alternative to that suggested. It is imperative that any proposed equipment items fit within the extents of the relevant bays and in fact fully maximise the potential of these bays.
