The Council’s Procurement Service conducted a Quick Quote via Public Contracts Scotland Tender, Route 1 on 22 April 2021. The value of both quotes exceeded the maximum value of a QQ (50k) for non-regulated procurements under Scottish Procurement Regulations and the Council’s Standing Orders. As both responses exceeded the maximum value, it was therefore deemed appropriate that a Negotiated Tendering Procedure should be undertaken.
