Supply and Installation of Vertical Passenger Lifts to Sheltered Housing Schemes

Contractors are invited to express an interest to construct lift shafts and associated building works at Gellihirion and Ferndale Court Sheltered Housing Schemes, the work are to allow installation of vertical passenger lifts by a nominated specialist lift contractor and the successful contractor will be required to liaise with the nominated lift contractor. Works relating to window and door replacement and redecoration are where practical to be carried out with existing partnership arrangements.
