Laois County Council currently has a stock of 2,100 nr. social houses located throughout the county. The majority of the current housing stock is located in the Portlaoise, Portarlington and Mountmellick. The majority of the housing stock is 2 storey 3 bedroom units, however there are approximately 70 no. apartments in the stock and 100 no. single storey dwellings included in the 2,100 nr. social houses. This tender is for the supply and installation of window restrictors, replacement windows, fire blankets and carbon monoxide alarms to a number of the above houses as detailed in the attached documentation.
