The council requires a two year contract (12+12) for ongoing depot improvements to support the installation and configuration of waste storage bays in line with operational change. It is estimated the value of this contract will be £80,000 (Yr 1 £50,000 / Yr 2 £30,000).To support the department in its efforts to work towards a circular economy the blocks MUST contain part recycled aggregate such as Air Pollution Control Residue. The use of APCR must be approved by a recognised regulatory body.The manufacturing process of the products MUST be supported by ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management Systems) and ISO 9001:2015 (Quality management systems).
