Wrexham County Borough Council (also referred hereafter to as “WCBC” or “the Council”) invites tenders from suitably experienced companies for the supply and operation of pumping equipment for the transfer of landfill leachate from the leachate collection chamber at the former Llay Landfill site to a visiting road tanker. The visiting road tanker is being procured under a separate contract and procurement exercise.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
