The North Wales Business Support Partnership (NWBSP), on behalf of the Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCU HB), invites participation from capable suppliers in a competitive tender process for the supply, installation and maintenance of Anticoagulation Management Software. The BCU HB is looking to implement this system within appropriate departments across BCU HB by the 31st March 2011It is anticipated that a training provision as well as ongoing maintenance and support will be required for a contract period of 36 months with an option to extend for two further 12 month periods. The extension offers are at the discretion of the Contracting Body, BCU HB, and will be discussed at an agreed time before the end of the 3 year term.This contract will also be made available to all NHS organisations across Wales if they wish to call-off any products or services at anytime during the entire length of the contract and any agreed extensions.The tender will be evaluated in line with current Trust Standing Financial Instructions which will be based on the following high level criteria and weightings: 40% Commercial60% TechnicalIMPORTANT INFORMATION - Prior to responding to the tender documentation, please ensure the Anticoagulation Management Software you can provide meets all the functionality in the attached specification document
