Gwent Police Authority is collaborating with Torfaen County Borough Council for a Framework Agreement to provide the Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Audio Visual Equipment. Gwent Police (with the support of Torfaen County Borough Council) is leading this collaboration. The service(s) will be carried out at premises under the responsibility of Gwent Police and higher, further education premises under the responsibility of Torfaen County Borough Council. The Framework will also be available for local unitary authorities (within the region of Gwent), Police Forces and other Emergency Services to utilise.The Framework Agreement will be a maximum of 4 years duration and interested parties must submit a completed pre-qualification questionnaire with their expression of interest. The award process will be carried out under the EU Restricted Procedure and the information provided will be scored and used as a means of restricting the number of service providers the Authority invites to Tender.
