Longhurst Group is developing a tender for its group wide Supply, Installation andmaintenance of Fire Doors with the intention to put new contracts in place for 1stApril 2025.Consequently, this Prior Information Notice (PIN) offers the opportunity to potentialsuppliers to express an interest in supplying:• Fire Doors, potentially including;o Fire Door Setso Glazed fan lightso Glazed side screenso Security doorso Communal non-fire doorso Automated doorso Maintenance of existing fire door stockTo assist this work, we would like to engage with representatives from interested organisations to seek and gather views regarding the specification and procurement approach.This will take place through interested organisations completing a Soft Market Testing Questionnaire and then potentially a subsequent supplier day. Information gathered from this early engagement will inform the procurement approach and service specification.
