Caerphilly County Borough Council is seeking a suitable provider to provide a Maintenance service for the Authority's Telphony NetworkThe maintenance service required is for corporate voice services based on the Aastra MXOne PBX network including all legacy equipment and ancillary systems. The invitation also includes the provision of software assurance for all software. The contract duration will be for a Two (2) year period with an option to extend for a further period of up to 24 months awarded on an annual basis, and must be capable of evolving over this time with the needs of Caerphilly County Borough Council.All services shall be performed by suitably qualified personnel that have received appropriate training for the systems.
