English Heritage has a diverse and stunning collection of properties and sites across England. A number of these offer members of the public a chance to relax and enjoy a food or a drink during their visit.English Heritage currently operates 24 in-house catering sites and it is for these premises which we would like to invite suppliers to submit a tender against the requirements below.The contract will run for an initial 2 year period, with a further year extension, subject to satisfactory performance and market requirement.Overview of requirements and essential criteria:— This contract is for the supply of ambient, frozen and chilled goods, across England;— Supplier must be able to source and supply regional, seasonal and bespoke products;— Supplier must be able to source and supply, good quality, sustainable produce;— Supplier must meet all food Safety, HACCP, allergen regulations;— Delivery of up to 7 days a week delivery at key sites (see attached site list, Section 1.3, item 13);— Production and delivery of sandwiches to key sites (See attached site list, Section 1.3, item 13);— Supplier must be BRC registered or equivalent;— Ability to develop menus in conjunction with English Heritage;— Produce must be of high-quality and sustainable;— Supplier must be able to deliver English Heritage's food Ethos;— No minimum delivery size;— Prices to be held for 1st year of contract.
