The Council is looking for a suitable supplier to provide the Council’s MRF with the baling wire required to maintain the efficient recycling operations.The contract will be split into two requirements as detailed below, but the Council will award this contract to only one supplier. Therefore for your submission to be compliant you MUST bid for both requirements. Failure to bid for both requirements will result in your submission not being considered any further in the tender evaluationRequirement one – 4.00mm x 500kg Galvanised (mild steel) baling wire on formersRequirement two – 3.50mm x 500kg Black Annealed (low tensile mild steel) baling wire on formers
