Supply of CLEM Microscope

NPL is looking to procure a confocal laser scanning fluorescence microscope with the following minimum features:, •Fully motorised, computer controlled inverted microscope system, including sample mounting stage, focus, objective lens turret, etc. Control software for multi-dimensional image acquisition, •A range of different objective lenses (from low magnification / low NA air objectives to high magnification / high NA oil immersion objectives), •Multiple excitation laser lines, including 405 nm, 488 nm, 561 nm and 638 nm or similar, •Multiple parallel detectors (at least four), •Incubation system for maintaining sample temperature and environmental CO2 concentration, •Focus stabilisation system for long duration time lapse imaging, •Capacity for label free imaging (DIC or similar).
