CPO Support Services -Experienced Planning and CPO Surveyors with the ability to negotiate and acquire by agreement and by compulsory purchase, to prepare valuations for land acquisitions and estimates for disturbance and injurious affection.Experience in preparing schedules and referencing for requisitions of land and of preparing/making CPOs for land interests and rights.Expertise in writing and giving evidence as expert witness. Expertise in valuation and compensation for planning and compulsory purchase and experience of Lands Tribunal references and cases. The awarding Authority reserves the right to request parent company and/or other guarantees of performance and financial liabilityPayment terms will be indicated in the contract documents.
