The Facilities Directorate is responsible for the provision of catering to staff, students and visitors at the University of Leeds.Catering on Campus is provided through the main Refectory, 12 Coffee Shops and a Function Suite with 6 private dining rooms in addition to its delivered and conference services. Offsite catering locations include one large residence close to campus, and a coffee shop in central Leeds.The Division is looking for a supplier of Fresh Butchered Meats & Poultry.The contract is likely to be awarded on a sole supply basis and is planned to commence on the 1.6.2014. It will run for 2 years with the option to extend annually for up to 2 further years.The current annual spend for Fresh Meat and Poultry is circa 200 000 GBP.
