For the purposes of this tender process, the WPC is a collaboration of sixteen Unitary Authorities in South Wales. This tender is administered by Newport City Council on behalf of the WPC and is set up as a framework agreement for the Supply of Frozen Plated Meals in bulk to central catering regeneration units within each participating authorities for the purpose of providing a community meals service. The framework will be for a period of three years with an option to extend for a further period of up to one year.
