The Council is seeking an efficient and effective source of supply of frozen welfare meals for the Community Meals Service.The contract will run for 3 years. The proposed start date for the contract will be 1st April 2012 (or sooner if the successful contractor has full STS Solutions status). The contract will expire on 31st March 2015 with an option to extend for a further period of up to 12 months.Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking to appoint a supplier who will add value to our organisation and deliver a reliable service, together, with high quality, value for money products.
