This tender is to establish a single supplier framework for the on-going supply of high pressure mercury lamps for photolithography equipment. CPI currently have an immediate requirement for high pressure mercury arc lamps in both 2Kw and 5Kw sizes to be compatible with the 385-91001 Large Field UV Stepper Photolithography System and the Tamarack Mask Aligner 152 tools.
