Thank you for your interest in the Seren Group. We invite suitably qualified, experienced and resourced Legal Practices to tender for the provision of Legal Services to the Seren Group for a period of 3 years commencing 1 March 2010 (or thereabouts) with possible extention to 5 years. The Tender is across 5 distinct areas of legal services, outlined in the tender document in the Resources Section. Practices can apply for one or more of these areas. These are: * Property Acquisition and Development* Housing Management* Employment* Treasury and Financing* Governance and other Corporate ServicesWe are looking to find Practices that will understand our business and in particular the rights of the people that we support. The rights of individuals to exercise their own choices are fundamental to our philosophy and our future success. We are always willing to work outside established practice and take appropriate risks where there are clear benefits to our customers. We are looking for Legal Practices that share our approach to risk and offer advice that reflects our "can do" attitude. We look forward to receiving approriate tenders.
