Caerphilly County Borough Council is inviting tenders for the support and maintenance of their LogRhytmn software system.The system within the Authority currently consists of the following LogRhythm components:·1x LRX2-XM appliance·10x LS-SMP-1-49 System Monitor Pro Advanced AgentsThe current system is a mature and stable solution that has been in place within the Authority for more than four years and staff were trained on the system at the time of the original installation and they currently administer the system.Therefore they have gained experience of the product during this time and have a very good understanding of its configuration and maintenance requirements.Technical support for the system is required between the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (email and/or phone).Hardware maintenance and support is also required as part of this arrangement with next business day response for confirmed hardware problems.Therefore, it is essential that the supplier adheres to the following support responses.Priority: HighDescription: Significant disruption to solution Hardware failure causing appliance not to function.Response: 1 HourResolution: 8 hoursPriority: MediumDescription: Loss of functionality within solution.
