Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council invites tenders for the supply of Data Network Equipment for the following schools:Ysgol Carreg HirYsgol Cwm BrombilTenderers are invited to submit tenders for one or both schools on an individual basis and therefore this tender contains two lots as follows:Lot 1: Ysgol Carreg HirLot 2: Ysgol Cwm BrombilA list of the required equipment for each Lot can be found in the Specifications.(Please see the ITT).The tender process will be conducted to ensure that Tender Responses are evaluated fairly to ascertain the most economically advantageous tender for each Lot. In relation to this tender, the most economically advantageous tender means it will be assessed on 100% price in relation to each Lot.It is a contact requirement that the successful tenderer must be an authorised Cisco reseller.The supplier must guarantee that any and all products that they intend to deliver to Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council are:new, sourced directly from Cisco or its authorised resellers;sold by manufacturer or with its consent within the European Economic Area;eligible for manufacturer's warrantyeligible for manufacturer's support and services in accordance with manufacturer policies;accompanied by a valid software licence;reported back to manufacturer as sold to Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
