Newport City Council wish to purchase eight brand new fully electric estate cars, to the following specification, for delivery to the Council by the end of September 2021. It is our understanding of the market that there may be supply problems in order to meet this requirement. Therefore this speculative notice is to provide potential suppliers with the opportunity to inform the Council that they are in a position to meet this requirement and would like the opportunity to bid for the supply of these estate cars.
