Descriptions

The Council wishes to award a Collaborative Framework Agreement for Non Half Hourly Electricity, Half Hourly Electricity and Natural Gas.The Framework Agreement shall be established for a period of 4 years. Initial contracts will be for 2 years with the option to extend for a further period of no more than 2 years.The framework is divided into 3 separate lots:— Lot 1 Non Half Hourly Electricity,— Lot 2 Half Hourly Electricity,— Lot 3 Natural Gas.Suppliers may bid for lot 1 or lot 2 or lot 3, or all lots.The Contracting Authority wishes to establish a Framework Agreement to meet the Half Hourly Metered Electricity, Non Half Hourly Metered Electricity and Natural Gas needs of organisations across the entire public sector. The framework is let on behalf of the Hambleton District Council but will also be open for use by all other public sector contracting authorities (and any future successors to these organisations),(as defined in Article 1 (9) of Directive 2004/18/EC and implemented by Regulation 3 of the Public Contract Regulations 2006) or their agents.
