Cardiff and Vale University Local Health Board require a qualified contractor to supply an oxygen prescription sticker which can be attached to the drugs charts across the Health Board. The Sticker has been designed in response to the BTS guidelines for the administrating of oxygen (full specification and design to be provided at Invitation to Tender Stage(ITT). Suppliers should be aware samples will be required for evaluation purposes after the ITT Stage failure to provide these could result in elimination from the process.
