AHDB required the supply of pig performance data for Great Britain, quarterly, for a minimum of 60 farm units per production system below:Pig performance data for GB pig herds is published on the AHDB website to allow pig producers to benchmark their performance. Pig performance data is also used in the calculation of the AHDB quarterly cost of pig production also published on the website. Due to the pig industry structure in Great Britain, AHDB required the following:— pig performance data for both indoor and outdoor sows separately,— pig performance data for rearing and finishing systems in Great Britain.These datasets must be from already existing pig management systems or software.
