Supply of RAD-seq Library Construction and Sequencing to Aberyswtyth University

This request for quote is in relation to a 24 month contract, with the option of a 12 month extension (dependant on the University’s agreement that any updated prices are acceptable) to supply RAD-seq library construction and sequencing for batches of 192 individuals, with the option to add data from further batches of the same species at later dates. If available we would want quotation to include downstream bioinformatic analysis which includes demultiplexing and STACK construction (goal = +25 STACK depth), to delivery of SNP dataset. We are looking to recover in the order of at least 10,000 SNP's (though this number depends on geographical range covered).
