Descriptions
Cardiff County Council is acting as Lead Authority in terms of this framework arrangement on behalf of the WPC. Consequently all documentation will be issued by the lead authority via the Authority's e-procurement system APPWales (web link http://appswales.alito.co.uk). The intention is to let a framework arrangement to enable the sixteen Local Authorities to source the supply of sandwich filling, pre prepared sandwiches and buffets.In addition to the above named parties, the framework may be accessed ! by all Local Authorities, other Public Sector bodies and Third Sector partners in Wales. The framework will run for a three year period with an option to extend for upto twelve month period. This is a framework arrangement and no guarantee as to volumes or expenditure can be given
