Newport City Council wishes to establish a contract for the provision of school based Universal Counselling Services for children. The Services will be available for children between the ages of 5 and 11 years (school years Reception to Year 6). The contract will be from December 2010 to August 2011 with a possibility of an option to extend dependent on continued funding from the Welsh Assembly Government (WAG). The value of the contract will be £88,000.00
