The supply only of soft drinks (including waters and juices) into nominated wholesalers, and/or the supply and distribution of soft drinks (including waters and juices), crisps, snacks & confectionery to 15 or more local authorities and associate members of the Welsh Purchasing Consortium (WPC), namely the 15 local authorities being Blaenau Gwent, Bridgend, Caerphilly, Cardiff, Carmarthenshire, Merthyr Tydfil, Monmouthshire, Neath Port Talbot, Newport, Pembrokeshire, Powys, Rhondda Cynon Taff, Swansea, Torfaen and Vale of Glamorgan. The other WPC authority and associate members of the WPC are Ceredigion council, and National Library of Wales, Mid & West Wales Fire and Rescue Service, South Wales Fire and Rescue Service.
