The Finance Leadership Network (FLN) is an EU funded initiative designed to forge an effective pan Wales network of all senior finance leaders across all aspects of the public sector in Wales. One supporing mechanism is the design and delivery of a Finance Leadership Programme to be delivered to all senior finance leaders within the Network. This Programme is a transformational leadership programme to be delivered as a 5 x 2 day residential modules to be delivered at differing locations throughout Wales. Following a successful pilot exercise, the titles of the modules are already agreed and the foundation of the content for each module has already been identified. Welsh Assembly Government on behalf of the Welsh Ministers are therefore seeking to appoint external design and delivery partners to a framework agreement in order to develop the main programme to be delivered to senior finance leaders to equip them with the latest methods to enhance leadership techniques for those who are already technically qualified within their field of accountancy.
