Plymouth Community Homes (PCH) are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and highlyexperienced suppliers for the ongoing supply of steel materials to our PCH Manufacturing Services division.A full specification of the materials and service requirements is provided within this Invitation to Tender andonly suppliers who can meet the requirements in their entirety as part of their existing core business will beconsidered for this tender. The proposed contract will be for a period of 3 years, subject to annual review, withthe option to extend for a further 2 years at PCH' sole discretion, based on good performance and businessunit objectives. The supplier will be selected according to the criteria set out in this Invitation to Tender basedon service, quality and pricing offered in the proposal. PCH intend to enter into contract with one supplier for allsteel supplies for the full duration the contract.
